What Do I Do For You?

I tune in to your body and work with your guides and angels to find areas of imbalance that need to be dealt with, emotional issues at the core of physical distress, and spiritual blockages that may be hampering your vitality and love of life.

As a naturopath, I can suggest herbs and other supplements that will enhance your well-being and rebalance your body and spirit. I can also direct you toward the proper care and feeding of your body to help integrate the physical and energetic work we have done.

My gift of combining spiritual knowledge with "real world" advice helps you to understand and influence the way your body, mind and spirit interact and impact your life and health.

We can work together over the telephone, Skype or in person, depending upon where you live. Since I have the ability to work from a distance, I work with clients from all over the world!
